How to Apply

The admission process

Fresh admissions are taken from LKG up to Class VIII. Registration for the next session is normally done in April.

Register

A child seeking admission must first have their name registered. Forms are available at the school office on any working day, 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Documents

Submit the form with the documents listed below. Registration is not a guarantee of admission — it enters your child into the selection process.

Selection

The school management decides admissions, and its decision in the matter is final and binding.

Accept

Acceptance must be made within 7 days or the offer stands cancelled. Accepting also means accepting the school’s rules and regulations.

Fees

Fees are quoted by the school office

The school does not publish a fee table, because the figure depends on the class and the session. Ask the office and you will be given the current structure for your child directly.

How to ask

Call or visit the school office on Narsinghgarh Road on any working day between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. The office gives you the admission fee, the tuition fee and the payment schedule for the class your child is entering.

Once your child is enrolled

Fees are due according to the school calendar. A penalty fee applies to late payment, as per school rules. If fees remain unpaid for two months past the due date, the child’s name is struck off the rolls.

Transfer Certificate from the previous school
Progress report of the last class
Passport-size photographs of the student
Photograph of both parents or the guardian
Proof of residence
Blood group report
Caste category certificate, if OBC / SC / ST
